Calistoga Realtors

Josh Dempsey

• 20+ years in Napa Valley real estate, marketing & development
• $870M+ in career sales, $165M+ in the past two years
• Named a Top 100 Bay Area agent by San Francisco Magazine
• Former Director of Real Estate at Calistoga Ranch

Josh Dempsey's ties to Calistoga run deeper than most agents working the town. Before he became Regional Director for Vanguard Properties in Napa Valley, he served as Director of Real Estate at Calistoga Ranch, the resort community at the town's southern edge, giving him a working knowledge of Calistoga's land, water and development questions that few transplants ever build. He now runs Vanguard's Napa Valley operation from the St. Helena office he opened in 2021, a few minutes down Highway 29.

That resort and development background sits on top of more than 20 years in real estate sales, marketing and development, with career production of over $870 million and more than $165 million closed in the past two years alone. He also served as exclusive listing agent for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley and spent earlier years in Silicon Valley commercial real estate and residential development in Truckee, experience that shows up in how he handles wells, septic systems, vineyard and winery estates, and the land-use issues that come up constantly in Calistoga's rural parcels.

San Francisco Magazine named him one of the Bay Area's Top 100 real estate agents, and Realist has ranked him among Napa Valley's top five producing agents two years running and the top agent in the county in 2022. He is a REAL Trends Verified agent, a past International President's Premier award winner, and a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
