Neena Pattar grew up in Northern California and has called San Jose home for more than two decades, which shows in how she talks about the city: block by block rather than ZIP by ZIP. She has worked with South Bay buyers and sellers since 2011 and leads the Neena Pattar Group out of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty's Los Gatos office on Blossom Hill Road, a short drive from Almaden, Cambrian, Blossom Valley and Willow Glen.

Her start in real estate came on the investment side. Before representing clients full time she bought distressed houses, managed the renovations and resold them, and that hands-on background still shapes her listing work. Sellers get a clear plan for repairs, staging and pricing before a home goes on the market, and buyers get a second set of eyes on what a property will really need after closing.

Neena holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation and pairs a data-driven pricing approach with Sotheby's print, digital and global marketing channels.
